today is my hubby's bday and of course it had to fall on ash wednesday so now im at a loss i cant cook dinner he has to have fish.... were is a good resturant that serves catfish? in clarksville

There are soo many ways to cook various fishes its insame.. Salmon is pretty simple with a variety of ways to serve it.. Also if you go to the comm and purchase a 'milk fish'. stuff with with mushrooms, garlic, shredded carrots, green peppers or anything else you like, with a little olive oil and seasonings. Wrap it in foil and put it on the grill for a little bit. I usually serve it with grilled rosemary potato's and grilled veggies. ;)

we eat fish almost everyday. looovr it. if you get a quality salmon or fresh tuna it can be served much like steak. they are a good dense fish.
