(This is a review that my husband placed on Yahoo regarding flowers he ordered for me for Valentine's Day, what they did was ridiculous)

I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. The order was made through Teleflora because I liked this bouquet they had. Flowers on base was supposed to handle the order. The delivery date was after Valentine's Day so it wasn't a big deal if it wasn't on the day. What they brought my wife was this ugly dinky bouquet that wasn't even close to what I paid for. The cost of the bouquet we got was only about 10% of what we paid for. We called them and told them the problem and they said they would bring us the right bouquet the next day. They brought us a bouquet that was close. Half of the flowers were bloomed, the other half were buds that died as they bloomed if they bloomed at all. Also, my friend ordered a dozen long stem roses for his wife for her birthday. He was deployed and made the order online, he didn't find out until after it was too late that she didn't receive a dozen roses, but a horribly stinky unknown plant. Maybe they think that they can get away with sending subpar flowers to people that make online orders because the soldier is probably deployed if they are ordering online and by the time the mistake is noticed it will be too late to ask for a refund or bring new flowers. SOOO not worth the money. Which when I called Teleflora back and asked for my money, they didn't refund it when they said they would. So they're telling me they have to reprocess it and send it again. Hopefully I'll get my money back next week. Don't order from them or Teleflora EVER

I used to use Teleflora but I've found that if I just google florists for the town I need delivery in I can just call, tell them what I want, and end up getting much more for my money.I can also get what I want instead of picking something off a website. Example: all pink carnations with daisies and a single rose...exactly what I want to send at a much lower price.

Makes birthdays and such much easier.
