POLL: Custody consensus

So im in the middle of a very "special" custody disagreement and was just wondering what the neutral vote would be. heres the situation: hes sf, constantly deploys ontop of tdy after tdy, is maybe home about 20% of the year and wants 50/50 with the stipulation that I et paid more child support only when he is deployed after whatever the chosen term is going to be. My side: ive had her the last 4 months all on my own, hes been on 3 tdys and otherwise "just cant watch her"
