I know I should prolly just call customer service and ask but i really dont wanna sit on the phone on hold.... for the military star card for the clothing if i go to the military clothing store..i can buy anything in that store right? so if my hubby needs anything in there i can use it...right?

so if he needs me to send him razors or anything over seas i can just go in there and buy it!

There are two different star cards. There is a clothing card that can only be used at the military clothing store but there is a retail star card that can be used at the px.

There's 2 parts to your star card credit. One is clothing and can be only used at clothing and sales. The other is retail, which can be used at the PX or Shopettes. I'm fairly certain that razors that are carried at C&S can be put towards the clothing allowance. If you still have available credit on the retail side of the card, you can also pick them up at the PX 

I'm fairly certain that razors that are carried at C&S Agreed. I bought my hubby shampoo from there on his clothing card. I was pretty angry with him at the time though so I made sure to buy the most girlie smelling shampoo I could find. Not the greatest way to get back at him but I had a chuckle. 

no we have the gold one...the clothing one! Its not the clothing one. You can use it for anywhere onpost that accepts the star card on anyting from clothing, tvs, to even burger king 

Has anyone ever tried to get them to lower their interest rate? Over the past 9 years, ours has steadily increased, and I don't want to start putting charges back on a card that has a 13% interest rate. 

Credit card rates are ridiculous. if you can hold off a week until payday, I would.

Amber take his orders to the PX and they'll drop the interest to 0. Makes paying it off a bit easier 

The card has already been paid off, I was sort of hoping for a lower permanent interest rate. Sometimes, all you have to do is call and ask; and in the civilian world if you hint that you might take your business elsewhere, most companies are willing to do that for you.
