Wow. I am speechless. 10 years old! My stepdaughter is 11. This is just so sad. 

Yeah, I woulda killed. You'd find him dead with his penis stuffed in his throat and his mouth taped shut. No matter what this girl does, it's gonna be hell. Her innocence has been taken away, and she can never get that back. 

I'd ask for an abortion to be done like surgery, knock her out and take that poor thing out of her. She'll be lucky if her little body can handle a full pregnancy and labor. Sad. 

i know a girl that had a baby at 11....her and the baby were just fine....now stephi (her daughter) is 13 and felicia is 24. and she got raped by a 17yr old...her mom wouldnt beleive her and wouldnt let her have an abortion which is the only reason she had a kid that young. the whole story is crazy/sad and somewhat depressing. 

Poor thing. 

Honestly she is already 4 months pregnant, if it's going to be cut out of her, might has well wait a couple months so at least the baby can survive. By now she's already felt the baby move and probably heard the heart beat. Most women can't handle the thought of losing a baby much less a 10 yr old having an abortion. The baby is still half her, it doesn't have to be a bad thing. I wonder if anyone asked her what she wanted. 

What in the hell is going on there that for 2 months her mother didnt report this? And what is wrong with the police dept for not having a doctor check that child out immediately when her mother reported the rape? And Chas, in the remaining 5 months of that pregnancy, that child could kill her. You said most women cant handle it, shes nowhere near a woman. The physical damage this pregnancy could do to this child is unimaginable 

I wonder if anyone asked her what she wanted. How many 10 year olds do you know who chose to have babies?
